Description
Course includes 35 hours of intensive training. You will learn to recognize the characteristics of Afro-textured hair types, and how to select the appropriate combination of Sisterlocks techniques to produce fine, style-able locks. Other topics include maintenance, customer service and managing your business. After successful completion of the course you will be listed on our official online Trainee Registry and you will become eligible for full certification

GENERAL TRAINING PREREQUISITES (For BLENDED AND 3-DAY OPTIONS)
- YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ENROLL IN A SISTERLOCKS TRAINING CLASS.
- You must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- You will be required to sign our Trademark/Copyright Acknowledgment agreement prior to being trained. This form explains the limits of use of our trademark and copyrighted materials in relation to our proprietary techniques.
- All classes must be paid in full by the published deadline.

Additional "BLENDED" Training Details
This course includes 3 phases:
- Must attend required Mid-Course Workshop. (Scheduled after Week 1. For details see Blended Master Schedule
- If you fail to attend the mandatory Mid-Course Workshop (MCW) you will not be eligible to attend the In-Person sessions.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for the MCW you will not be admitted to the session and will need to re-schedule to attend a different MCW. (Fee applies)
- Must complete mannequin sectioning, and must upload pictures according to Lesson 3 guidelines.
- Your mannequin sectioning pictures must be OK'd by your Sisterlocks Evaluator by the end of Week
**IMPORTANT:** Your enrollment in the 2-Day, In-Person session is only guaranteed if you complete your Trademark /Copyright Agreement, Online coursework and Zoom session on schedule. If these items are not cleared by the end of your online coursework you may be required to enroll in a different 2-Day, In-Person session. (Fee applies)
- If you miss the In-Person session because the requirements aren’t met, a transfer fee of $250 will be assessed.

- Knowledge of how to download/upload files

A 2-PAYMENT PLAN IS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO ENROLL AT LEAST 60 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE ONLINE TRAINING BEGINS.
By accepting to use our recurring payment feature you must agree to allow your credit/debit card to be charged as follows:
- MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT: When enrolling, a 50% deposit of the total class payment is required. Please note that $375 of this deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable to another course within one year.*
- PAY YOUR BALANCE: 50% balance must be received either 30 DAYS AFTER the initial deposit OR by the 1st day of the class - whichever is sooner, or your place in class may be given to someone on our waiting list. Payment will automatically be charged to your card on file.
We will still retain the non-refundable portion of your deposit, but in this case you may use your once-only transfer option, depending on the conditions stated in this section. Courses are fully refundable if Sisterlocks cancels the class, except when due to acts of God, environmental or human disasters or circumstance for which Sisterlocks can not be held responsible. Refunds are granted for course fees ONLY, and not for hotel or travel costs.
Your registration is confirmed once your balance has been paid.
*All transfers are pending space available and must take place no less than 30 days before the in-person training begins in the new course. Also, all balances would need to be paid at the time of transfer.
