TRAINEES:
How to Reclaim Your "ACTIVE" Status
SUMMARY:
If a Trainee's automatic 2-year "ACTIVE" status expires without them certifying, they become “INACTIVE.” If you become INACTIVE, you lose all insider privileges. (Online listing, tool purchases, E-Coaching materials, discount pricing) The first step to re-activating is enrolling in, and completing a Refresher course. The second step is enrolling in, and completing our Online Certification Program. See below for details (Read all details for steps 1 & 2 before proceeding.) |
- PLEASE NOTE: You have 3 choices here. Please click below to read each description. It is important that you select the Refresher experience you feel addresses your specific circumstances in the best way:

Step #2:
Within 30 days of completing Step #1 (above), enroll in the Online Certification Program. This activity involves uploading all documents and pictures required for certification. You have a maximum of 1 year to complete this step without incurring a reactivation fee. SUGGESTION: Avoid additional fees by having all documentation and pictures ready to upload at the time of enrollment. |
- Once you have enrolled in the Online Certification Program (Step #2) you will be granted temporary REACTIVATION, and your privileges temporarily restored:
|
Once you complete this process and your Evaluator has cleared you for certification, your temporary REACTIVATION ends, and you are fully restored to “ACTIVE” status.
NOTE: If you do not meet this timeline, you will be required to pay another reactivation fee in order to continue your progress toward certification.
