1. WHY?
The Sisterlocks brand stands for quality and consistency. We don't just collect blind fees in order for our Consultants to keep their "ACTIVE" status with us. We want to see concrete evidence that they still practice the Sisterlocks techniques as they were taught to do. BECAUSE SO MANY OF OUR CONSULTANTS MAINTAIN OUR HIGH STANDARDS, OUR BRAND HAS REMAINED STRONG FOR OVER 25 YEARS.

2. WHEN?
Re-Certification is every 2 years, expiring on either June 30th or December 31st of the second year. The expiration date is printed in the lower left corner of your certificate. Check your most recent certificate to verify your latest expiration date.

3. ACTIVE? OR INACTIVE?
Once certified, you will remain "ACTIVE" as long as you re-certify at 2-year intervals from the expiration date on your most recent certificate. If you are late, you are considered "INACTIVE" and your name will be removed from our web registry for Certified Consultants and all privileges revoked.

- REINSTATEMENT: To re-activate your status you must FIRST take a Refresher Course (online, or at 4-Day class), and SECOND, file your re-certification documents.
- REGARDING FEES: If you are "inactive" you must pay the fee for the Refresher Course AND prepay your re-certification fees, plus any late fees that apply at the time you register. (Payment options visible at checkout.) Fees for the Refresher courses are fully refundable for up to 3-days prior to the class. Non-attendance is not a valid reason for a refund.
