Select your Qualifying Client well! This should be someone you established, and have maintained as a client for at least ONE YEAR.

BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT PAYMENT LEVEL AT CHECKOUT. |
Use this link to make your payment. But WAIT!!!Make sure that you are submitting the correct payment amount. Inaccurate filing information could substantially delay the evaluation process. (Payment options visible at checkout.) IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are over 6-months late you will have to reactivate your status BEFORE you re-certify.

#3: Use the link provided to access the Re-Certification form.

The link to your Online Re-Certification form will show up on your screen right after you submit your fee payment. Be sure to have all of your information ready to enter and upload before beginning. (See #1 above) The form also contains a link to a form that your Qualifying Client will need to complete. DON'T FORGET to give that link to your client. Your re-certification file is not complete until they submit their confidential form.
