We no longer offer a mail-in option for certification or recertification.
SUMMARY:
​If a Certified Consultant's "ACTIVE" status expires without them re-certifying, they become “INACTIVE” and they lose all insider privileges. (Online listing, tool purchases, E-Coaching materials, discount pricing)

The first step to re-activating is enrolling in, and completing a Refresher course. The second step is enrolling in, and completing our Online Re-Certification upload activity.

Step #1:
​Enroll and complete the Refresher requirement.
  • PLEASE NOTE: You have 3 choices here. Please click to read each description. It is important that you select the Refresher experience you feel addresses your specific circumstances in the best way:
​(IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have been INACTIVE for more than 5 years, choose ONLY the Advanced Refresher w/Online option. Have all information and pictures ready at time of payment.)
 You will have 90 days from the date of your enrollment to complete this refresher requirement. This makes you ELIGIBLE to move forward by paying the Online Consultant Re-Certification Fee and submitting your re-cert documentation (see below). NOTE: You can’t take that final step until the refresher requirement is done.
Step #2: 
Enroll and complete either the ​Online Consultant Re-Certification upload activity, OR the Brand Ambassador Re-Certification upload activity.
  • You will be submitting documentation for ONE Qualifying Client whose Sisterlocks you have maintained for at least ONE continuous year. The maximum timeframe for completing these steps to reactivation is 1 year from the time you enroll.
  • Once you have enrolled in your chosen Re-Certification course, you will be granted temporary REACTIVATION and your privileges temporarily restored:
  • - Listing restored on the Sisterlocks website
  • - (if applicable) E-Coaching URL link re-activated
  • - May purchase 1 set of tools
  • - Discount pricing levels restored

HINT:
 BEFORE YOU SUBMIT, make sure to include good photos of your work! 

We need to be able to clearly see that the original section and row parts are still intact. ​
