I have had my sisterlocs for 4yrs now and my consutant still complains that my ends are open and some parts come out all together. It's not frowning as much as it should be. What can be done to fix this problem.

It is okay to wash you hair every week? For example I been lock for about six months. Also is it normal for the hair to unravel each month?

It is ok to shampoo your hair every week. Speak with your Consultant to find out if you still need to bundle. Unraveling should be addressed with your Consultant, as well. Best to you!

When you get an install from a certified consultant aren’t they suppose to give you the starter kit? Also are you suppose to get your hair retightened every four weeks. My consultant told me she don’t have the kit and that she is recommending that I go to the interlock website and purchase my shampoo. Is this how everyone conduct their business?

I found my consultant on the official website, however when I asked how many locs I had after the installation. I was told "she doesn't count them" an suggested that when I band and braid I should count them then. How is it that 400 locs makes me in good "Sisterloc" standing, but she didn't count.
