Don’t forget to have Trainees write down the steps to sterilization during the Health & Safety Class:
1.) Wash tools with soap and water
2.) Rinse and dry
3.) Place in hospital grade disinfectant for a minimum of 10 minutes (refer to instructions on the bottle)
4.) Remove from solution and rinse and dry
5.) Store in a closed, covered container labeled “clean”
