"I already had a full head of traditional locks when I discovered
Sisterlocks in the autumn of 2000. I was absolutely bowled over by the
fact that these were actually proper locks, that I would keep my hair in
its natural state, I could grow it as long as I liked, have the
versatility of a perm and I didn't need to chemically alter the state of
my hair to achieve wonderful styles. I loved having my hair natural and
traditional locks were great, but when I finally got Sisterlocks, I just
fell so in love with my hair!! I travelled to San Diego in March 2001
and learned as much as I could about this great natural hair management
system. Since returning to London to become the second consultant in the
UK, I have had the privilege of helping so many women from all over the
United Kingdom and the world at large on their Sisterlocks journeys.
Clients have hailed from countries as far as Australia, Barbados,
France, Germany, Hungary, Jamaica, Mozambique, Switzerland, Trinidad and
the US. It's lovey meeting people from all over the world who have at
least one thing in common - their love of their natural hair and
Sisterlocks!!"
